You agree to produce all the health documents, if required to our registered dietitian and nutritionist during consultation or any package. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for implementing and creating your physical, mental, and emotional well- being and decisions resulting from the use of the services. You agree to communicate openly and honestly with your service provider to receive right consultation, advice, and plan. User Registration By using the website, you agree to the following: 1. All the information provided by you will be true and accurate 2. You agree to keep your password confidential 3. You will not use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose 4. If you choose to enroll with a plan and make a payment for an agreed period of time, the amount will not be refundable. Once you have enrolled, the website will inform you about the start and completion date of your plan via mail and you can also check on your personal profile page Session Policy 1. All the appointments will be made between the clients and the registered dietitians through NutrioTalk 2. If the client has to reschedule or cancel the appointment, the client must mail NutrioTalk 24 hours in advance 3. All the cancellations must me made prior 24 hours via mail Fees and Payment NutrioTalk accepts payment via PayU in the form of Credit Card, Debit Card, Google Pay, Net Banking, and UPI. Third-Party Website and Content Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not controlled by NutrioTalk. NutrioTalk has no ownership or control or responsibility over third-party website. You further acknowledge that NutrioTalk would not be responsible for any damage or loss caused due the third-party website and service.
